Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations made with Sky Transfer (skytranzfer.co.uk). Once a reservation is confirmed, either verbally or in writing, and any required deposit is received, the booking becomes legally binding. The deposit is non-refundable at this point.

Liability and Disputes

Sky Transfer and its agents, employees, or subsidiaries are not liable for any losses resulting from accidents or traffic delays. Responsibility for such disputes rests with the group leader, passengers, and driver. Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.No individual is authorized to represent Sky Transfer or make any warranties or representations regarding reservations.

Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds Sky Transfer reserves the right to:

1. Cancel, suspend, alter, or withdraw services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided for any cancelled services. Sky Transfer will make efforts to notify you in advance, though no additional costs will be covered.
2. Refuse service to any individual without the need to provide justification.

Reservations can be canceled or amended as follows:

Cancellations more than 14 days before travel: 40% of the total amount is non-refundable.
Cancellations between 7-14 days: 50% of the booking amount is payable.
Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days: 75% of the booking amount is payable.
Cancellations within 48 hours: Full payment is due, with no refund.Additional cancellation fees may apply for third-party services (e.g., meals, accommodation) included in the booking.There are no concessions for cancellations due to COVID-19 or other illnesses.

Vehicle Use and Damage

Any damage to the vehicle or its fittings caused by passengers, whether willfully or negligently, is the hirer’s responsibility. The hirer must cover repair costs and any associated losses. Sky Transfer may pursue legal action for damages, or assist the contractor (driver) in doing so.Routes will be planned by Sky Transfer unless otherwise agreed. If deviations result in additional costs, the hirer is liable to pay the difference.

Availability and Payment

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Receiving a quote does not guarantee vehicle availability. In the event a vehicle is unavailable, Sky Transfer reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund any payments made.A minimum deposit of 40% is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, except if Sky Transfer is unable to fulfill the journey.

"No Show" Policy

A “no show” is defined as the failure of a passenger to meet the driver at the agreed pickup location within one hour of the scheduled time, without informing the driver. In such cases, the full fare will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

Driver and Passenger Responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for their vehicles during the journey and have the right to refuse service or ask passengers to leave the vehicle if safety is compromised. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.Passengers must ensure their luggage is safely stored, and Sky Transfer will not be liable for any loss or damage to belongings. Smoking, alcohol, fast food, and non-service animals are not permitted in the vehicles.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Passengers and drivers are encouraged to follow UK Government COVID-19 transport guidelines. Face coverings are recommended but not mandatory. Vehicles are sanitized regularly, but passengers may use their own disinfectant wipes with driver consent.

Miscellaneous

Sky Transfer may subcontract services and reserves the right to provide alternate vehicles, including taxis, if necessary.
Sky Transfer is not responsible for delays, missed flights, or events caused by traffic, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
The hirer is responsible for any tolls, parking, or ferry charges incurred during the journey.

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, or USDT (Tether). To secure a booking, a deposit is required in advance. By making a payment, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions.
